Hydration is certainly not one of my problems, Samantha Beach. I drink a lot, more than anyone I know. Were I to quantify it, it’d probably give you pause for thought. I always have a bottle of water by my side whether I’m an home or out, drink hot water too (helpful for difficult stomachs although it took some getting used to at first), adore tea, and then there’s my two regulation coffees a day on top of that.
Some friends have reported that using a Nalgene bottle that allows you to monitor your water intake is helpful, as it’s got measurement printed on it. Maybe something to consider? xo
