I’ve been obsessed with peas for as long as I can remember, James Finn!
I eat them frozen straight out of the bag, only a couple at a time, because they taste like candy to me. And I tend to throw frozen peas in everything, from salads, to soups via stews and pasta dishes.
Fresh ones are obviously best and my stepmom often gets some from the local farmer’s market to make jardinière de légumes de printemps, which I love with a passion.
