Sweeping generalizations and clichés aside, we all need human warmth and we all want to be accepted for who we are without having to redact any part of our personality, The Good Men Project.

True love rests on the ability to be vulnerable with a fellow human without fear of rejection.

And the only way to find it is to give it freely.

Also, can we please consign the clichés of “manly men” and “womanly women” to the dustbin of history? They’re downright toxic and erase anyone with enough self-awareness not to conform.

How about being human, together, and accepting that they are as many definitions of “human” as there are people?
